Fred installed new tv antenna for me in Castle Hill and had done a great job. He is a very experienced technician. He tuned and tested new tv antenna to suit type of tv antenna required. He installed uhf antenna towards kurrajong for a better signal. From requesting an online quote to outdoor Antenna installation, the service from Fred was prompt, efficient, professional and a very positive experience end to end. I've recently ditched Foxtel for Fetch tv, and have never had an outdoor Antenna (12 year old single storey dwelling). I tried the rabbit ears indoor antenna ($50 type) with Fetch tv, and even though I'm close enough to a satellite, the free to air channels (9 in particular) would lose signal regularly. So I decided to have an outdoor Antenna installed. Fred arrived for a quote today, talked me through my options, and I went ahead with the service on the spot. He completed the installation in under 90 minutes, and also tested everything prior to leaving to ensure all was working as expected. Fredrick arrived within 60 minutes of our call, assessed the fallen TV antenna. He  provided a quote to reinstall the new service plus add Wollongong stations and Sky News, as a bonus. I was referred to Sydney Cabling from Jim's Antennas as they were too busy. Fred rang me within minutes, and organised to come to my house the nedt morning. He rang again next morning to advise me when he was on the way, and his expected arrival time. Frwd was friendly and up front on costs.
